THAILAND
I was lucky enough to travel through Thailand recently with my girlfriend. Our goal was simple, try as much food as we possibly could and boy did we… Stir fried frog, innumerable noodle bowls, herbaceous spicy laap, the ripest fruit we could imagine, and nearly all of it, on a sidewalk. From Bangkok to Chiang Mai, we found ourselves in large open air markets or tiny alleys in the canyons of the city, mostly on foot but occasionally on two wheels, we accomplished our mission and then some. I would go back in a heartbeat. The entire project was shot on a single camera with either a 50mm or 35mm prime, available light only.
